FAQ: Commissions & Payments

What payment option is available?

Currently, we support Paypal only.

What payment option is available?

The minimum payment threshold is $10. If we owe you less than $10, your commissions will be rolled into the next month’s total.

Can I receive the payments in non-US countries?

Yes, but your commissions will be paid by PayPal only, and we won’t be able to cover PayPal service fees and their foreign exchange fees.

When will I get paid?

Payments are made monthly if your balance meets the minimum threshold of $10. When your commissions go beyond $600, we must have your tax information on file before we can make any further payments. This is required by the US government.

Commission income are paid by PayPal approximately 60 days after the end of the month for which they are being paid.

How do you track the sales?
We track the sales with your own Promo Code. We use a brand ambassador platform called ‘BrandChamp’. Within the BrandChamp portal, you will be able to see the number of your promo code claimed and your earnings. Please use your own unique Promo code all the time!
Please note that unfortunately the BrandChamp does not have a tiered commission structure, and the earnings you see in the portal is based on the lowest commission rate of 5%. So your actual payouts can be greater than the earnings you see in the portal.
Also, please know that the earning in the portal doesn’t reflect the returned products. Returns do not quality for earnings, and therefore such earnings will be subtracted from the actual payouts.
Can I use my own Amazon Associate link instead?
Since Amazon Attribution and Amazon Associate cannot use simultaneously, we cannot do that. Without the Amazon Attribution tracking code, we cannot track the sales properly.
Our commission rates are far better than Amazon Associate. Their commission rate for baby products is fixed 3.5%. The lowest tier of our commission rate is 5%, and with the submission of your 1st testimonial we can immediately bump up the commission rate to 6%.
What is the commission rate?

We have a tiered commission structure as below. It’s based on the number of transactions, instead of the amount of sales. You can offer multiple products at the same time, and the transactions from all the products will be combined.
